Grouting Machine

8335080070PIE Grouting Plant is a combination of the slurry mixer, the agitator and the grouting pump.

It is used for the preparation of the bentonite slurry or the cement slurry in the applications of highway, railway, hydropower, construction, mining, other ground and underground construction.

High speed vortex mixer ensures to blend the slurry quickly and evenly, with water and cement or bentonite quickly mixed into the homogeneous slurry.Then the mixed slurry is to be delivered to the slurry storage drum with one agitator to avoid the slurry depositing. Grouting pump injects from the mixing drum.

The grouting plant can reach a continuous mixing and grouting in operation. The grouting pump is full hydraulic driven with the electric motor with grouting pressure adjustable in the stepless mode.

Feature:

• Pump output is 0-70L/min and pump pressure is 0-7Mpa with the step-less adjustment.
• Double-cylinder and single-acting grouting pump: grouting continuous with low pulse.
• Grouting pump outlet is equipped with buffer to reduce the grouting pressure fluctuation.
• Mixer and agitator switch is by using squeeze handle for the safe and reliable operation.
