The guiding principle of the optical imaging guidance system is to observe the LED Optical Target in the place of pilot bit with the camera, and display the images captured on the LED screen. The LED light target status is capable of responding to pilot bit in real-time. By observing the status of image of LED optical target display in LED screen, the driller can judge the status of pilot bit and timely adjust the oblique palm plate of bit to correct the deviation of jacking direction.
Optical imaging guidance system mainly consists of pilot bit, LED optical target positioner, laser theodolite, camera, LED screen and other parts. As the figure shows below.
